Yesterday's breakfast was crookneck squash, red onion, and basil made into a kind of fritatta with eggs from my love's chickens (the squash and basil was from her garden, too), a little milk and swiss cheese. Tall glass of Lady Grey ice tea.

I wanted to write it down to taste it twice.

That was a fun meal to make, and very sweet of you to say, especially because I don't quite remember what I made, but do remember that one dish was a food that you don't usually to eat...
